- Shipping costs within the United States will be automatically calculated based on weight and destination. If you have special shipping needs, please contact the studio before placing your order.

- It's simple, your personal information is never shared with anyone - ever. Customer information collected by Native Glass Studio is only used to process your order and communicate with you about your order. Your credit card information is never seen by us, or stored on our server. If you sign-up for our newsletter, then you will periodically receive a newsletter from us. Otherwise you will never receive any communications from us that is not related to a current order.
Our site uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to encrypt all account and order information that is sent on the internet between you and our server. You personal data and credit card information are securely encrypted when you shop with us. - Returns & Replacements
- We will gladly accept product returns up to 30 days from the shipping date as long as the product is in new condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Ordering
- Items are shown as 'in-stock' only if we curently have inventory on-hand. Items shown as 'out-of-stock' will be available for order soon. Some items, like the masks, are are one of a kind and will not be duplicated. If you would like to have a similiar item to one that isn't available for sale, plase contact us for information on a custom order.
