About the Artist -

I’ve always been drawn to the creative process and have tried several different mediums until discovering kiln-formed glass. My husband and I originally took a stained glass class and noticed the kiln-formed glass. I knew then we had to try fusing right after finishing the stained glass class.

I am simply fascinated by glass.  The colors, the way the light moves across and through it is mesmerizing.  There are so many creative possibilities with this medium, the only limit is the artist’s imagination.  Dichroic glass, which has a metal coating that makes it very eye-catching, is my all-time favorite type of glass to work with.  I love to create whimsical, playful pieces that catch the eye and generate smiles.

My husband Mark and I are both Native Oregonians and currently live in Albany, Oregon.  My husband is the designated booth assistant and webmaster.
